WINDSOR, Colo. - A Windsor man is accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a co-worker after luring her to meet to discuss an upcoming Army National Guard deployment.
Police say 25-year-old Dustin Toth told the woman he "needed a friend" to talk to Sunday about his upcoming deployment. When the woman arrived to meet him at a Safeway parking lot in Windsor, she got in his car, where he allegedly pulled a knife and threatened her.
The Tribune reports that the woman was then allegedly drugged and brought back to Toth's home, where he held her overnight and sexually assaulted her.
Toth allegedly set her free Monday, after which she went to a hospital.
Toth faces multiple felony counts.
