ARVADA, Colo. - A man has robbed up to 10 Subway sandwich shops at gunpoint since November, and police are asking for help in identifying him.
"The suspect enters the Subway shops near closing time, displays a handgun and asks for money in the register," Arvada police said Wednesday.
The police have dubbed him the "Subway Bandit." He may be driving a dark-colored SUV and is described as a white male in his early 20s, approximately 6 feet tall and thin.
Anyone with information about this person or the crimes committed is asked to contact Denver Crime Stoppers at (720) 913-7867. Providers of information can remain anonymous and earn up to $2,000 for helping solve crimes.
