Wells Fargo Bank robbed by 2 armed men in Wheat Ridge; suspects fled in stolen black SUV, police say

WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. - Police in Wheat Ridge said they are searching for two armed men who robbed a local Wells Fargo Bank Tuesday.

The robbery occurred at 2:15 p.m. at the Wells Fargo Bank branch at 44th Avenue and Harlan Street, according to the Wheat Ridge Police Department.

The suspects were described as Hispanic men who were last seen wearing bandanas and white sneakers.

Officers said the suspects fled the scene southbound on Harlan Street in a stolen black SUV with Colorado license plate number 075-TNN.
