April’s full moon is called the "Full Pink Moon" - although it's not actually pink.
According to the Farmer's Almanac, the Full Pink Moon "heralds the appearance of the moss pink, or wild ground phlox—one of the first spring flowers."
It is also known as the Sprouting Grass Moon, the Egg Moon, and the Fish Moon.

The moon was about 99 percent full Thursday morning. It will be full Friday at 11:24 p.m. MT.
