DENVER – Good morning! Here’s what you need to know today, Tuesday, Sept. 26.

1. Trump continues to criticize NFL
President Donald Trump took to Twitter again this morning to criticize NFL players who take a knee in protest during the national anthem, saying it's affecting ratings. "Ratings for NFL football are way down except before game starts, when people tune in to see whether or not our country will be disrespected!" he said.

2. Last-gasp GOP drive to repeal Obamacare collapses
Effectively sinking the legislation, Maine Sen. Susan Collins refuses to support the newest plan to tear down the Affordable Care Act.

3. High school job fair
About 3,000 students from Jefferson County, Clear Creek and Gilphin High Schools are invited to attend a job fair today at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds. They'll learn about job training, apprenticeships and other career opportunities.

4. It's National Voter Registration Day
September is National Voter Registration Day. Not registered to vote in Colorado? Head over to the Secretary of State's website to regsiter. Election Day is Nov. 7.

5. Sunshine to return
Tuesday will remain rather cool, but expect some sunshine to return and temperatures will bounce back a bit to the low 60s in the Denver area.
