BOULDER, Colo. - The Colorado Department of Revenue has seized Trattoria on Pearl for unpaid sales taxes, according to signs posted on the downtown Boulder restaurant by state tax agents.
The Boulder Daily Camera newspaper reported that the company owes $16,164 in sales taxes, according to documents posted at 1430 Pearl St.
The restaurant owner's wrote on Facebook, "Thank you for all these years!! We loved the good times with you, our customers and friends."
Guillermo Casarrubias opened the restaurant in 2005.
