DENVER - The City of Denver will play host to the Great American Beer Festival in 2016, where thousands of intricate beers will flow.
Organizers are anticipating 3,800 different brews, 800 breweries and over 60,000 attendees.
TICKETS | Tickets for the Oct. 6-8 festival go on sale Aug. 3 to the general public.
Here are the top three new things you'll see at the festival this year.
1. Golden Ticket Promotion
No, this isn't 'The Office' and Michael Scott isn't going to pop out and take credit for anything, but organizers are touting a new opportunity for beer drinkers to win private tasting tours. Each evening session will allow two craft brewers to pick an attendee and their friends for a private tour of the entire Great American Brew Fest.
2. Game-on
There will be more of a courtyard feel this year, with games like KanJam and music for participants to enjoy.
3. Meet your favorite Brewer
There will be roughly 120 breweries participating in a 30,000 square-foot space dedicated to the program, allowing participants to meet the staff of their favorite breweries.
Only one question remains. Will you be in attendance?
