DENVER - Denver police are holding a suspect in the death of a 2-year-old boy that died Saturday.
According to police, an officer responded to a call of a toddler unconscious and not breathing at 3850 Peoria St., at 1:40 a.m. The child was rushed to a local hospital and was later pronounced dead.
After an investigation, police arrested Quinton Stanley, 25, for investigation of first-degree murder. Police did not explain the relationship between the two.
The identification of the toddler and cause of death will be released by the Denver Medical Examiner's Office.
