NEW YORK - TheDenverChannel.com was honored Monday with a prestigious national award from the Radio Television Digital News Association.

7NEWS Director of New Media Kim Ngan Nguyen traveled to New York City to accept the Edward R. Murrow award for the nation's best news website in a large television market during a black tie gala at the Grand Hyatt hotel.

"We are immensely honored by this recognition. It is a credit to the entire newsroom and our focus on producing meaningful, quality content for all platforms," Nguyen said.
