DENVER - The suspect in a hit-and-run crash on Interstate 70 was arrested Friday morning.
Jamar Eugene Gooden, 24, was arrested on suspicion of felony hit-and-run and vehicular assault.
Denver Police believe Gooden was driving a white Buick that rear-ended a van on I-70 near Peoria Street Thursday night.
The van rolled.
Denver Police said people inside the van were seriously injured, but investigators did not release any more details.
The Buick was found about a mile away in an Embassy Suites parking lot off I-70 and Havana Street, but Gooden was not with the vehicle. He was apparently arrested several hours later.
