Teen injured in ATV rollover in Larimer County

LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. - A 15-year-old girl was unconscious and unresponsive after an ATV accident in Larimer County just before noon.

According to the sheriff's office, the teen was riding an ATV on private property west of Horsetooth Reservoir, when her brother heard her scream.  He found she apparently rolled the ATV she was riding on and it landed on top of her.

The teen was airlifted to Medical Center of the Rockies for treatment.

"At last word the 15-year-old female was unconscious and unresponsive," the sheriff's office said at 2 p.m.
