ASPEN, Colo. -
An Aspen High School student facing criminal and civil allegations stemming from an alleged incident of sexual misconduct against a fellow student is back in class.
Aspen School District Superintendent John Maloy says the boy still deserves an education and steps have been taken to make sure other students are safe.
According to the Aspen Times, authorities are considering charges and a Pitkin County man and his daughter are suing a local couple and their son after the boy allegedly made unwanted sexual advances toward the girl during a December ski-team trip to Summit County.
