Streets closed, vehicles towed for Rock 'n' Roll Marathon in Denver Sunday

DENVER - Streets were closed and cars were towed along the route of the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon in Denver Friday morning.

7NEWS Photojournalist Eric Goody captured video of dozens of vehicles that had been towed away from the route being unloaded at West High School in Denver.  Each vehicle had a $150 ticket.

The Rock 'n' Roll Marathon also includes a half marathon, a mini marathon, a two-person half marathon relay and bike tour.

Several roads will be closed and some RTD bus routes and a portion of downtown light rail service to be temporarily detoured during the event.
