DENVER - A rain storm at Denver International Airport on Monday is being blamed for delays and diversions.
At least three flights were diverted to other airports due to the storm, according to airport spokesman Heath Montgomery.
The airport also tweeted that there were some delays.
"Rain in the area of DIA. We are experiencing some arrival delays," the Tweet said.
Montgomery said there was an emergency landing during the storm.
A British Ascot L-1011 tanker landed safely around noon Monday.
