STRASBURG, Colo. – A large piece of property not far from Denver is being split up and auctioned off to the highest bidder (or bidders).

Bowen Arrow Ranch is located on Strasburg Road just north of Strasburg.

While the entire ranch comprises more than 8,700 acres, the land will be auctioned off in 26 separate tracts, with acreage varying from about 40 acres up to about 1,400. Buyers can buy individual tracts or the entire thing.

Hall and Hall, which is organizing the auction next month, says it is the biggest piece of property for sale within 50 miles of Denver.

The property spans parts of Adams, Washington and Weld counties and currently holds five homes, several trailers and farmland.
