LITTLETON, Colo. - Littleton's Southwest Plaza Mall is planning a multi-million dollar renovation project.
The 31-year-old shopping center on Bowles and Wadsworth is planning to renovate its Center Court with multiple open-air cafes, seating areas and free WIFI access for social networking.
Southwest Plaza is also updating its directional signs and adding indoor fireplaces, skylights and light coves.
The mall’s five department stores -- Dillard’s, JCPenney, Macy’s, Sears and Dick’s Sporting Goods -- will stay and remain open during the renovations. The redevelopment is expected to be complete fall 2015.
