LAKEWOOD, Colo. — An elderly woman with dementia who went missing in Lakewood has been found.
Police said Virginia Allrunner, 86, was located near 10th and Garrison just before 8 a.m. Wednesday.
A family member had reported Allrunner missing when she didn't return home from a walk Tuesday afternoon.
Allrunner was taken to a nearby hospital to be checked out as a precaution due to cold overnight conditions, police said.
