CENTENNIAL, Colo. - Despite a second day of sub-zero temperatures, 7NEWS spotted shoppers at the outdoor mall, The Streets of Southglenn, in Centennial on Thursday night.
"The lights are beautiful, there's music playing," said shopper Renee Taylor. "You move quick, you get in and out of the stores, you bundle up."
An attitude small business owners like Laura Li appreciate. Li says the customers at her boutique named "Irresistibles" can handle the cold. Snow is often the bigger obstacle.
"Weather impacts traffic and sales in an outdoor mall. But today more people have been out than yesterday,” said Li. "I just continue to have good promotions that bring them in the door."
"It's winter. It's Christmas time. I think it makes the way it should be,” said Taylor.
