DENVER - Arson investigators are looking for any connection between two fires early Saturday morning.
A Denver fire company was out fighting a shed burning at E. 17th Avenue and Spruce Street when the shed at their own firehouse caught fire.
According to initial reports, it appears someone may have tried to break into the shed behind the firehouse at 14th and Onieda Street, according to Denver Fire spokesman Mark Watson.
He told 7NEWS both fires were in detached sheds.
It appears the fire at 17th and Spruce may have spread across the alley to another shed.
The fires are about a mile apart.
"We haven't ruled anything out," said Watson.
