AURORA, Colo. - Aurora Police said they arrested a registered sex offender outside a voting center on Tuesday.
Officers told 7NEWS the man was allegedly masturbating in his car while parked in a handicapped spot.
The man was arrested outside CentrePoint in Aurora.
The man's car was towed.
"You can't make this stuff up," an officer told 7NEWS Reporter Tyler Lopez.
