DENVER — Denver Police are looking for several suspects who carjacked a driver at gunpoint overnight Friday.
The assailants targeted a driver in a black Toyota Camry near Tower Road and East 56th Avenue around midnight.
The driver was assaulted and forced out of the car at gunpoint. The driver is expected to be ok.
The carjackers took off in the car but later ditched it. Police found the Camry a few blocks away.
The carjackers are still on the run.
