Three students were taken to the hospital after a school bus went off the road in Douglas County Tuesday afternoon.
It happened at the intersection of Wolfensberger Road and Peak View Drive near Castle Rock.
A Douglas County School District official said three students were on the bus when it went off the road. All three were picked up by their parents, who took them to a local hospital to be checked out.
The bus was pulled back on to the road and was able to drive away.
The driver was not hurt.
