MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo. - A rock slide on Ute Pass Tuesday blocked one lane of U.S. 24.
Approximately nine rocks fell about one mile west of Manitou Springs, according to Colorado Department of Transportation spokesman Bob Wilson.
Some of the rocks that fell were as big as a car. Wilson said some of the rocks were 10 feet by 10 feet by 3 feet.
CDOT crews were able to push the rocks off the road and reopen the lane after about two hours.
Manitou Springs Police told 7NEWS no one was hurt in the rock slide.
