AURORA Colo. — Will $50,000 help find the killers of an Aurora father of three? Aurora Police are hoping so. Crime Stoppers increased Monday the reward in a fatal dispensary shooting by $20,000.

Two gunmen shot and killed Travis Mason during a June 2016 robbery at Green Heart dispensary at 19005 E. Quincy Avenue.

Mason had just gotten out of the Marines, after a four-year stint at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

Family members say Mason, who worked at the dispensary for just two weeks, dreamed of a career in law enforcement.

He was buried in his hometown of Trinidad.

Aurora Police tweeted that his murder is still unsolved, and his family is still without a father and husband.

Call Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP (7867).
