Boulder blocks Pikes Peak Cog Railway, forcing passengers to switch trains

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - A boulder blocked the Pikes Peak Cog Railway Friday, forcing passengers to switch trains, KRDO-TV reports.

A passenger on the tourist train sent the station photographs showing a boulder on the train tracks.

Running since 1891, the historic railway calls itself "the world's highest cog train," taking passengers in red cars to 14,115 feet atop Pike's Peak.
