A familiar face will be representing the man accused of killing three people and injuring nine others at a Planned Parenthood facility in Colorado Springs last Friday.
Dan King has been appointed as the public defender in the case of the clinic shooting suspect.
If the name sounds familiar, that's because not too long ago, King was representing the case of the Aurora Theater suspect.
King is very well-versed in death penalty cases, but District Attorney Dan May hasn't made a decision on whether he'll even seek the death penalty.
The suspect is accused of killing Officer Garrett Swasey along with two over civilians.
The alleged shooter is due back in court on December 9.
