CENTENNIAL, Colo. — An Arapahoe County family is shaken and devastated after their small roadside business was targeted by thieves early Wednesday morning.

The popup business located at 16750 East Broncos Parkway sells roasted chilis, pumpkins and straw bails. The thief or thieves broke in and stole virtually everything inside the tent, including a $5,000 roaster, the family said.

The family said the roaster will be hard to replace and the stolen jam is worth thousands. They have been operating small roadside businesses since 1965.

The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
