COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Police said they arrested two suspected car thieves Sunday after they crashed into a golf cart.

Colorado Springs police said they got a call that said a stolen vehicle from the Denver area had been tracked by OnStar to Interstate 25 and Rockrimmon Drive.

Officers said they spotted the car six miles away on Cascade Avenue and tried to stop the vehicle, but the driver fled.

Minutes later, police said the stolen vehicle hit a Colorado College golf cart.

The stolen car was found abandoned in a nearby parking lot and officers said they arrested two juveniles from the Denver area nearby.

The security officer in the golf cart was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
