Police search for 2 teens in Aurora shooting at E. 16th Ave, Lansing St

AURORA, Colo. - Aurora Police said they are searching for two teens in connection with a shooting Monday at E. 16th Avenue and Lansing Street.

One person was injured in the shooting that occurred at around 5 p.m., according to police.

He is expected to survive his wounds.

One teen is described as a 14-year-old black male, 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 155 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray and black shirt.

The second suspect is described as a 16-year-old black male, about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds. He was last seen wearing an orange puffy coat with reflective gear.

Anyone with information about the incident or the suspects is urged to call 911.
