COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Police had trouble controlling a Colorado Springs man they said was high on LSD and was fighting with his family Saturday morning.
Officers were called to a neighborhood at Rebecca Lane and Van Teylingen on a report of a 23-year-old man fighting with his family, reported KKTV.
The man left the home before police arrived. Officers caught up with him at a Walgreens on N. Academy Boulevard.
Police said the man refused to comply with orders and at one point made an aggressive move at an officer.
The officer tased the man, but he refused to quiet down and continued to fight with police, the TV station reported.
It took nearly three officers to subdue the man and place him in handcuffs.
The man was treated on scene for some abrasions from the scuffle and then taken to the hospital for detox.
It's not yet clear what charges he will face.
