DENVER - Denver police are looking for the driver who struck and killed a woman in a hit and run accident just before 1 a.m. Sunday.
The woman was crossing the street when she was hit by a tan four-door Sedan at the intersection of South Broadway and East Cedar Avenue, said Denver police spokesman John White.
Police said the victim died shortly after arriving to the hospital.
The driver of the tan Sedan was last seen driving southbound on South Broadway.
Officers do not have a description of the driver and no arrests have been made at this time.
