DENVER - Denver police arrested a man in an assault in which the man apparently burst into his neighbor's home bringing a weapon rather than holiday cheer.
A person living at 2045 S. Galapago St. was injured but not seriously enough to be taken to a hospital, said John White, Denver police spokesman.
"He may have gone in with an axe," White said, referring to the neighbor, now considered an assault suspect. Police are trying to confirm whether an axe was used, White added.
Police were called about a burglary at about 7:30 a.m. this morning.
