LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. - The Larimer County Sheriff's Office was involved in two separate chases Sunday night with the same vehicle.
The sheriff's office started pursuing a grey Ford Mustang in Windsor at about 10:42 p.m.
Investigators did not say whether the first pursuit was called off or if the driver eluded them. The sheriff's office did not say how the second part of the chase began.
The driver crashed the Mustang on E. Horsetooth Rd., east of Zieglar Rd., in unincorporated Larimer County.
Investigators did not say whether they were actively chasing the vehicle at the time.
Tye Alan Forbes, 34, of Louisville, was arrested on-scene and transported to a local hospital for his injuries, according to the sheriff's office.
Forbes was later released and transported to the Larimer County Jail.
He could face charges for vehicular eluding, reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol.
