PUEBLO, Colo. - Police are asking for the public's help to find a man who allegedly shot at police during a chase in December.
He was arrested that day on suspicion of menacing with a deadly weapon, but bonded out of jail and didn't show up at his next court appearance.
Timothy Vasquez, 22, is wanted on charges of failing to appear in court.
He was initially arrested Dec. 15, after a foot chase in which he was accused of shooting at police in Pueblo.
"After taking Vasquez into custody, two handguns, with a large amount of ammunition, were located in the vicinity where he was captured," Pueblo Police said.
Vasquez bonded out of jail on December 19.
