AURORA, Colo. – Police are investigating a shooting in Aurora that left one person dead.
Officers responded to a report of a shooting at East 14th Avenue and North Paris Street at 9:40 p.m. Monday. Responding officers found the shooting victim, identified as 24-year-old Christian Mejia, in the road.
Mejia was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police said they do not have any information on a suspect or suspects. Anyone with information on this case should contact Aurora police at 303-739-6710.
