PD: School burglars took ice cream bars, juice, a frozen burrito and a thumb drive

DENVER - Two suspected burglars picked some odd items to steal from a school in Denver last week -- ice cream bars, a frozen burrito, juice and a thumb drive.

Denver Police said Denver Public Schools security called police July 10 and said they were monitoring two suspects, via video, inside a school on Navajo Street.

When officers arrived, they said both suspects were leaving the school. One suspect was taken into custody immediately, the other ran, officers said.

Police said the second suspect was found in a Dumpster and arrested.

Both suspects were juveniles, police said.
