DENVER - Part of a license plate frame was left behind by the car that hit four people early Sunday morning, Denver police revealed.

The hit-and-run followed a fight in the parking lot outside Maxim Lounge across the street from the Pho 96 restaurant near Federal and Mississippi just after 2 a.m. Police said the victims of the hit-and-run were not involved in the fight.

The victims included a husband and wife, who remain in critical condition. Another person is in serious condition. The fourth victim was able to walk away.

Although police haven't identified the victims they did reveal their ages: The men were ages 56 and 36 while the women were ages 29 and 31.

The suspect vehicle, believed to be a Silver Honda Civic hatchback with tinted windows, left behind part of its license plate frame. It says "JDM" in big red letters along the bottom of the frame. The initials stand for Japanese Domestic Market.

The top right corner of the frame was also recovered.

The suspect vehicle will also have damage to the front end on the driver's side, police said.

If you see the car or know anything about the fight, call Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP. Detectives say they still need to find witnesses.
