Parker Police release sketch of flasher wanted for indecent exposure at Parker Hilltop Apartments

PARKER, Colo. - Parker Police on Thursday released a sketch of a man suspected of exposing himself to children at the Parker Hilltop Apartment complex Tuesday.

The sketch shows a man with unforgettable sunglasses. He's described as having dark hair and a dark complexion. He may be Hispanic. The suspect was about 5 foot 9 inches tall and weighed about 200 pounds with a muscular build. He was last seen wearing black, surfer-style shorts and a navy blue shirt.

Three young girls were playing in front of their apartments when they said the man exposed his genitals to them.

"My friends and I saw a man walking back and forth constantly staring at us," said an 8-year-old girl, whose mother requested she not be identified. "I had a skirt on and my friends had shorts. And he was telling my friends to pull down their shorts and telling me to pull up my skirt."

The girls ran away and told the nearest adult.

"I didn’t want to go near him because I thought he was going to do something," the girl said.

Officers said a man with a similar description attempted to lure kids at the same complex near Parker and Hilltop roads on June 16 and Monday. However, in Monday's case, the man was described as having a goatee mustache.

Police said they are worried his behavior will continue to escalate.

"That's absolutely one of our biggest concerns," said Officer Sherry Corcoran. "We need to get him identified so this doesn't elevate further."

If you recognize the man or witnessed one of the incidents, call the Parker Police Department at 303-841-9800.
