ST. ELMO, Colo. – Here’s a rare chance to own a piece of Colorado mining history.

A four-acre parcel of land for sale outside the ghost town of St. Elmo retains remnants of its former life as a mining claim.

The land’s owner says the property was once part of the Mary Murphy mine complex and still has the remains of an old mill and tram building. The property also once had cabins and an engine house, but those are long gone.

The property, listed for $89,500, is perfect for four-wheeling, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, hiking and camping, according to Estately.
