ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. - All northbound lanes of Interstate 25 have reopened at 58th Avenue after a garbage truck flipped on the busy highway.
The highway was reopened at 3:47 p.m. after a 40-minute closure, the Colorado Department of Transportation said.
No one was injured in the wreck, which was reported at 12:47 p.m., the state patrol said.
7NEWS photojournalist Chris Morriss covered the wreck and said it initially brought northbound traffic to a standstill.
It's one of many accidents on I-25 Thursday after an overnight snowstorm created slippery roadways.
