DENVER - Three smoking lounges at Denver International Airport closed in 2012.

The Aviator’s Lounge in Jeppesen Terminal will become a Jamba Juice.

The Aviator's Lounge in B Concourse will re-open as the Aviator’s Sports Bar, a barbecue restaurant.

The third lounge inside of Mesa Verde Restaurant and Bar on the A Concourse was remodeled to add extra seating.

Only one smoking lounge remains open at Denver International Airport.

The Timberline, on Concourse C,  will remain open until its lease expires in 2018.

According to a news release from Denver International Airport, the American Nonsmokers’ Rights Foundation says  27 of the top 35 U.S. airports are 100 percent smoke-free indoors.
