New repaving project in Parker could slow drivers through November

DENVER - Road crews start work today on a new repaving project that could slow down drivers southeast of Denver for months to come.

Lincoln Avenue is being repaved east of Interstate 25, between South Chambers Road and Keystone Boulevard in Parker, according to the Douglas County officials. That section of road is just under a mile long.

Crews are scheduled to work from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The project is expected to last through November 2014.
