DENVER - Due to a network outage, the Colorado Department of Revenue's online services and several services in brick-and-mortar offices went offline for several hours Friday.
Drivers License offices could process driver's licenses, permits and identification cards because of the outage, the Department of Revenue announced Friday morning. Titles and Registration offices could process transactions, but could not print titles.
"We are working to remedy the problem as quickly as possible," the Department wrote. "We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience."
Later, at 2:25 p.m., the Department confirmed to 7NEWS that the problem was repaired and service restored.
