Motorcyclist in critical condition after hit and run; police looking for Scion with front-end damage

WESTMINSTER - A motorcyclist is in critical condition after a hit and run late Saturday night.

The motorcyclist was exiting eastbound US 36 at Sheridan Boulevard at about 11:30 p.m., according to the Westminster Police Department.

A car rear-ended the motorcycle and the rider was thrown from the bike.

The driver of the car left the scene and did not help the motorist.

Now Westminster police are looking for a dark-colored 2005-2007 Toyota Scion TC with front-end damage. It is missing the front grill, police said.
