AURORA, Colo. – More racist graffiti was found in Aurora Monday.

Aurora Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the vandal who spray-painted the letters “KKK” and the N-word across three separate apartment doors near the 6700 Block of South Rivera Court.

This is one of several incidents reported in the city since Election Day. Last month, a vandal used spray paint to scrawl the same message across the front door of an apartment at Sonoma Resort at Saddle Rock. The apartment home was targeted again several days later.

Aurora Police said there have been 25 bias-motivated graffiti incidents in Aurora since Nov. 30 of 2015 and that six of them have occurred since Election Day. Police are calling these types of crimes a “high priority.”

Police are asking anyone with information about this case to call Detective Ryan Belleau with the District 3 Detective Unit at 303-627-3156. Tipsters can contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.
