DENVER – Metallica is coming to Denver in the spring.
The band announced it will be performing at Sports Authority Field at Mile High on June 7.
The show is part of Metallica’s ‘WorldWired 2017’ tour to support the band’s new album, ‘Hardwired… To Self-Destruct,’ which was released in November. Each ticket purchase includes a free physical or digital copy of the album.
The band says it’s their first proper North American tour since 2009. Avenged Sevenfold and Volbeat are supporting acts for the tour.
Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday, Feb. 17 at 10 a.m. You can purchase tickets online at ticketmaster.com, livenation.com or by calling 800-745-3000.
