DENVER - Mark Redwine, the father to Dylan Redwine, whose remains were found in the mountains near Durango last June, was taken to a Denver hospital early Saturday morning.
"He has not been arrested," said Sonny Jackson, Denver police spokesman. "We had a 911 call around 2 a.m. from a party about a welfare check. We sent an ambulance, picked him up and took him to the hospital."
Jackson stressed that Redwine was not taken into custody.
Investigators have not named a suspect in connection with the death of Dylan Redwine.
