Marijuana ballot dispute back in Denver court
Activists want more details in voter guide

Marijuana opponents are trying again to stop the printing of a state voter guide detailing a proposal to make the drug legal.
Another hearing is set for Wednesday afternoon, when a Denver judge is expected to decide whether to dismiss the marijuana activists' claim that lawmakers erred when they took out language saying marijuana is less harmful than alcohol, among other arguments.
A legislative panel edited out arguments that were in favor of legalization from a state-produced voter guide. The so-called blue book goes to nearly 2 million voters and describes the ballot measures to voters.
A lawyer for the state Legislature argued this week that the court can't interfere in a legislative matter.
