AURORA , Colo. - Aurora police are looking for suspects in the fatal shooting of a man outside an Aurora bar early Saturday.
Police said the shooting happened at 2:05 a.m.at 740 Peoria St. They found the victim in the parking lot of Fuego Fuego night club, with a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital where he died a few hours later, according to police.
7NEWS talked to a business owner whose store is located next door to the bar. He said security at the bar is noticeably tight. Nonetheless, his daughter is concerned about the shooting.
"It does concern me, because I know my parents they don't have a lot of employees here. So, I know when they close late I get concerned. It's kind of dark area here," said Diana Cho.
Major Crime Homicide Unit and Crime Scene Investigators arrived on scene and took over the investigation. At this point detectives said they have limited information about a suspect(s) or the circumstances surrounding the shooting. Therefore, investigators are seeking any information on the homicide.
Crime Stoppers is offering up to $2,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the man's death.
