Man shoots himself in leg at firing range

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colo. -
A 62-year-old man is recovering after shooting himself in the leg at a firing range in Steamboat Springs.
The Steamboat Pilot & Today reports sheriff's deputies and city firefighters were called to the Routt County Rifle Club at 2:15 p.m. Friday, where sheriff's office Cpl. Mark Mackey says the man shot himself with a 9 mm handgun.
The man was taken to a hospital and is expected to be fine.
It is unclear how he shot himself.
